Governing Body and Trust
The role of the governing body is to ensure that our school provides an effective education for our children and meets all the statutory requirements. This is a huge task, and our Governors are committed and hard-working.
The day-to-day management of the school is delegated to the Headteacher, and the Governors act as ’critical friends’ to support any school improvement. Governors come from many areas of our community; some are Parent Governors, some appointed by the Local Authority and some are from local business or industry. If you are interested in becoming a Governor, please contact the school.
